1. What Are Cookies?
Cookies are small text files placed on your device by websites you visit. They are widely used to make websites function properly and to provide information to website owners about how their pages are being used. Cookies do not contain your name, financial details, or other directly identifying personal information unless you have separately provided that to the website.
Some cookies are removed when you close your browser (session cookies); others remain on your device for a defined period (persistent cookies).
2. Cookies We Use
We use four categories of cookies on this website:
Essential Cookies Always Active
Required for the website to function. These include session identifiers and security tokens. They cannot be disabled.
Analytics Cookies
Help us understand how visitors use the site — which pages are read most, how long sessions last, and where visitors arrive from. Data is aggregated and does not identify you personally.
Marketing Cookies
Used to deliver content relevant to your interests and to measure the reach of any advertising we run. Disabling these will not affect your ability to use the site.
Preference Cookies
Remember settings you have chosen, such as your preferred language or region, so you do not have to re-select them on each visit.
3. Third-Party Cookies
When analytics or marketing cookies are enabled, cookies from the following third parties may also be placed on your device:
- Google Analytics — page view and session data. See Google's Privacy Policy.
- Google Maps — our contact page includes a Google Maps iframe which may set cookies when loaded. This is governed by Google's own cookie and privacy practices.
We do not sell your data to third parties and we do not use social media tracking pixels on this website at this time.
4. Cookie Duration
Our cookies are retained for the following typical durations:
- Session cookies — deleted when you close your browser.
- Consent record (cookieConsent) — stored in your browser's localStorage for up to 12 months, after which we will ask for your preferences again.
