Our Services
Three services,
each one complete.
Every service stands on its own. You choose how far to go, and only after you have seen what the previous step found.
Back to HomeHow We Work
A staged approach to pension matters.
Pension disputes rarely need to go straight to a tribunal. Most matters benefit from a careful reading of what the documents actually say before any formal steps are considered. Our three services are arranged in ascending depth — each building on the last, but each also complete in itself.
We do not assume that every enquiry will progress through all three stages. Some matters are resolved at the first visit, once the documents are read and the position is clear. Others require a full records examination. A smaller number call for formal proceedings. We tell you what we find at each stage and leave the next decision to you.
Pension Enquiry Visit
First reading — documents reviewed, written summary provided same day
Records Examination
Detailed analysis — contribution records mapped against legal calculations
Long-form Resolution Programme
Full engagement — representations, mediation, tribunal proceedings
